We provide affordable event planning and equipment rentals to help underserved families, foster homes, and schools host meaningful events that strengthen community bonds.We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and aid to those in need. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the world by serving those who are less fortunate. We believe that everyone deserves access to basic necessities such as food, shelter, and healthcare, and we work tirelessly to ensure that those in need receive the help they require. Through the support of our volunteers and donors, we are able to make a difference in the lives of countless individuals and families.

Heart & Soul Foundation helps families, schools, and community organizations plan and host meaningful celebrations that bring people together.
We provide event coordination, décor planning, and setup assistance for gatherings such as:

Through our Equipment Rental Assistance Program, Heart & Soul Foundation offers free or discounted event rental items to qualifying families and nonprofit organizations.
Available items include: tables, chairs, linens, lighting, backdrops, balloon décor, speakers, and centerpieces.

How it works:

1. Submit your Event Support Request Form.
    
2. Our team reviews your needs and confirms availability.
    
3. We coordinate pickup or delivery to ensure your celebration runs smoothly.
    

This program was created to ensure that no child, family, or community event goes without the beauty and joy of a well-decorated space — regardless of financial circumstances.

Heart & Soul Foundation proudly partners with schools, foster homes, and youth programs to bring joy and confidence to children who need it most.
We provide décor, supplies, and event assistance for special occasions such as:

• School dances and graduations
   
• Holiday celebrations
   
• Back-to-school drives and backpack giveaways
   
• Birthday celebrations for children in foster care
   

By supporting educators, caregivers, and program directors, we help create environments where children feel seen, valued, and celebrated. Our goal is to bring back the village spirit — “Each One Teach One.”

Our Volunteer & Giving Program offers community members, businesses, and organizations the chance to make a direct impact. Volunteers assist with setup, decorating, donations, and hands-on community projects that spread love and support.
