Through our community event planning, equipment support, and program services, Heart & Soul Foundation helps create celebrations, trainings, and gatherings that bring people together with dignity and purpose. At the same time, we invest in youth mentorship, leadership development, life-skills training, and educational support programs that help young people build confidence, direction, and a strong sense of belonging.
We serve youth from foster homes, low-income schools, and underserved communities, while also supporting families, seniors, and nonprofit partners through accessible event planning, milestone celebrations, and community-building experiences.
Celebrations are not just events to us — they are opportunities to teach, connect, empower, and uplift. Whether through a youth workshop, graduation ceremony, school program, or community gathering, we create safe, supportive spaces where people feel seen, valued, and encouraged to grow.

YOUTH & COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS
Heart & Soul Foundation supports youth, families, schools, and community organizations through programs that educate, mentor, celebrate, and uplift—while strengthening community bonds.

In addition to our youth programming, Heart & Soul Foundation helps families, schools, and community organizations plan and host meaningful celebrations that bring people together.
We provide event coordination, décor planning, and setup assistance for gatherings such as:

- Community celebrations and fundraisers
Our team ensures every event—big or small—receives the care, creativity, and support it deserves. Whether through mentorship workshops, school programs, or milestone celebrations, we create safe, supportive spaces where people feel seen, valued, and encouraged to grow.
We design experiences that go beyond events—each program is created to teach, inspire, and equip youth with tools they can carry into adulthood while strengthening families and communities.
Equipment Rental Assistance
Through our Equipment Rental Assistance Program, Heart & Soul Foundation provides free or reduced-cost event rental items to qualifying families, schools, and nonprofit organizations.
Available items may include tables, chairs, linens, lighting, backdrops, balloon décor, speakers, and centerpieces—helping transform ordinary spaces into welcoming environments for meaningful gatherings.

This program was created to ensure that no child, family, or community event goes without the beauty and joy of a well-decorated space—regardless of financial circumstances.

School & Foster Home Partnership Program
Heart & Soul Foundation proudly partners with schools, foster homes, and youth-serving organizations to bring joy, dignity, and confidence to children who need it most.
Through this program, we provide decor support, supplies, and event assistance for meaningful occasions that help children feel seen, celebrated, and supported.
Support may include assistance for:
- School dances and graduation celebrations
- Holiday events and seasonal programs
- Back-to-school drives and backpack giveaways
- Birthday celebrations for children in foster care
By supporting educators, caregivers, and program directors, we help create environments where children feel valued, encouraged, and connected. Our goal is to restore the village spirit by surrounding children with care, consistency, and community.

Volunteer & Giving Program
The Heart & Soul Foundation Volunteer & Giving Program offers individuals, businesses, and organizations the opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact in their community.
Volunteers and partners support our mission by assisting with event setup, decorating, donations, and hands-on community projects that spread love, dignity, and connection to families and children in need.
